Handmade and unique:

The crowns are handmade, every arrangement is very unique, slight variations in the positioning of macrame may occur. Keep in mind that every piece is different a little bit. The macrame I use can be a slightly different shade. We'll use the same materials to make it as close as it can be to the picture.

Care:

After using it, keep it inside the original box, including the silica pouch, away from heat/cold.
You can use hair spray on it to keep it shape.
Crowns can be reshaped, as the base is a very flexible type of aluminium wire. Never hit them or shape them roughly.

Return Policy:

I accept returns and exchanges for:
Items arrive damaged or defective
Please contact me within 2 days of delivery and provide a photo showing damaged goods, packaging and shipping label.
Send items back within: 5 days of delivery. Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

I do not accept returns for:
Change of mind returns and cancellations are not accepted.
Custom and personalised orders can not be returned.
