10 Mini Window Display Challenge Episode 2 Part 1-2 Plus Reveal

Welcome to Episode 2 of my 10 Mini Window Display Challenge!

In this episode I knew the product I wanted to use. It was my Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. I knew the elements I wanted to use so I looked at Pinterest to find something similar, in terms of forms, colours and lights. I found my images and made a moodboard on Canva.

I wanted to use my foam boards to create the front part of the display and painted some of them. I used acrylic paint with some baking powder to make it matte and grainy. Then I found black paper in my local dollar shop (thank God) because my black paint was so bad! 

Originally I wanted to combine black, brown, silver and white, but when I put everything together the white just wasn't it. So I changed it to a black background and it gave so much depth to the whole "window" I can't even tell. Maybe I can show you.

After this I was in trouble because I didn't have any silver vinyl, but you know by now that I am creative and used all of my brain to figure out how I can make it from paper and some silver minc foil. 
I foiled an area of silver then cut out the letters and then individually put double sided stickers (from my kids stash, please don't tell him) and glued them on the black foam board. 

This small detail made a big impact on the final result wit it's shiny finish.
